Twitter analytics

this is a screenshot of the analytics from my twitter account, it shows the amount of impressions per day my tweets have on the public.

links between social media accounts

We have linked this website to both our twitter and Instagram accounts, these links are located at the top and bottom of the screen and can be identified by little icons.

On the accounts themselves, twitter has the website link posted in every tweet and also has the Instagram username in the bio.

Instagram is similar with the website link and the twitter username listed in the bio of the account, the reason for not posting the website link along with every post is because Instagram does not allow you to include links when posting.

Audience engagement

The audience has been engaging very well on most posts that are up on my accounts, with each post having multiple likes and comments. the hashtags I have selected have also been assisting in spreading my posts around, thus gaining me new followers with each new post that I put up on both my Instagram and twitter accounts.

I have created the social media account that I will be linking to the website, the platforms I have chosen to use are Instagram and. twitter. both of these accounts are linked to the website and can be found both at the top of the page and at the bottom. these accounts will mainly be used to promote the articles that I have created and try to direct traffic to this website.

as well as this, I have also created enough articles to now publish the website.

Creating articles

I am currently in the process of creating articles to give my website some content before I publish it. This will ensure that the site does not launch as an empty website and that when people come to view it, they won't be put off by it.

Creating the website

I am now in the stage of creating the home page and articles page, I have also been using the tutorial to understand how this website works and how to edit various sections of it.

Currently I have created a slideshow of different cars I hope to have articles on, as well as creating spaces on the articles page for each of the different cars

Starting up

For this Visual Communications assessment it is required that I create a website, as well as two social media accounts that are linked to the website.

The topic of the website could be anything that I wish it to be, so the topic I chose was cars.
